Production & Delivery Policy
The production time ranges from 10 to 15 business days, and may vary depending on order volume or seasonal demand.
Once production is complete, the order will be handed over to the shipping company, and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Exchange & Return Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery.
In case of an error from Ein in production or sizing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and the case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
